Abstract:
The purpose of this research were 1) to study the relationship of institutional factors with parental involvement for promotion learning of special need students in Central Special Education Center 2) to study the factors affecting the parental involvement for promotion learning of special need students in Central Special Education Center. Research design was quantitative, collected data by questionnaires that had validity was 0.67-1.00 and reliability coefficient at 0.97. The samples were 113 students parents persons selected by simple random sampling. The data were analysed by using frequency, pecentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation and stepwise multiple regression.The study found that 1) factors related the institution were policies and public communication of institution had positive correlation with parents participation for learning promotion at .05 significant 2) The policies and public communication could forecast parental involvement for promotion learning of special need students in Central Special Education Center 76 percent with significant level .05"
