Abstract: การพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการงานพัสดุอาชีวศึกษา สำหรับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาลำปางมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการงานพัสดุอาชีวศึกษา สำหรับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาลำปางโดยมีขอบเขตด้านการศึกษาและพัฒนาระบบ คือ 1) ขอบเขตข้อมูลนาเข้า จำนวน3 แผนกวิชาได้แก่ แผนกวิชาการบัญชี แผนกวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจและแผนกวิชาอาหารและโภชนาการ 2) ขอบเขตข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ จำนวน37 กลุ่ม 914 รายการ 914 ชนิด 3) ข้อมูลร้านค้าในจังหวัดลำปางและ 4) ข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานระบบ ขอบเขตระบบและผู้ใช้งานระบบ ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบ 2) ส่วนของผู้ใช้งานระบบ ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลุ่มย่อย คือ เจ้าหน้าที่งานพัสดุ เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยเบิก หัวหน้าแผนกวิชาและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 5 กลุ่มผู้ใช้งานระบบ โดยแต่ละกลุ่มจะมีสิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลแตกต่างกันออกไป จากการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการงานพัสดุอาชีวศึกษา สำหรับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาลำปางพบว่า สามารถพัฒนาระบบสำหรับส่วนของการจัดการข้อมูลครุภัณฑ์ ส่วนเบิกจ่ายครุภัณฑ์ ส่วนซ่อมบำรุงส่วนจัดการข้อมูลจัดซื้อ จัดจ้างครุภัณฑ์ และส่วนออกรายงานสารสนเทศได้อย่างครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ และจากการประเมินผลการใช้ระบบการบริหารจัดการงานพัสดุอาชีวศึกษา สำหรับวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาลำปางซึ่งได้จากการสอบถามและการทดลองใช้งานจากเจ้าหน้าที่งานพัสดุ จำนวน3 คน คณะครูและหัวหน้าแผนกวิชาการบัญชี จำนวน16 คน คณะครูและหัวหน้าแผนกวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ จำนวน16 คน คณะครูและหัวหน้าแผนกวิชาอาหารและโภชนาการ จำนวน15 คน รวมทั้งหมด 50 คน พบว่า ด้านการออกแบบและการจัดรูปแบบเว็บไซต์อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ได้ระดับคะแนนร้อยละ 90.00 และด้านประโยชน์ในการนาไปใช้อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ได้ระดับคะแนนร้อยละ 92.00 เช่นเดียวกัน

Abstract: The development of the management administration system of vocational materials work for Lampang Vocational College aims at developing the vocational materials works system for Lampang Vocational College with the scope of education and system development ; Those are 1) the scope of input information for 3 courses departments as follows ; the accounting department , the business computer department and food and nutrition department. 2) the scope of durable articles for 37 groups, 914 items, 914 type. 3) the information of shops in Lampang province and 4) the information of system users, the system scope and system users consist of section of the system master and section of system users which were divided into 4 small groups, those are the materials works staff, the reimbursement unit staff, course department head, and college administrator with the total of 5 groups of system users, each group will has the right to access to information differently. administration system for Lampang Vocational College which was inquired and the experiment of using from 3 staff the materials works, from 16 teachers and a course department head of accounting department, from 16 business teachers and course head department of business computer, 15 food and nutrition teachers and course department head of food and nutrition department ; totally 50 people found that the design and organize the websites was in the excellent level and the advantage of the utility and application was in the excellent level as well. From the system development of vocational materials works management administration for Lampang Vocational College was found that this can be developed in the section of durable articles information management, the durable articles reimbursement section, the maintenance section, the purchasing and hiring information section of durable articles and the information reporting issue section completely and from the assessment of using the vocational materials works
