A causal relationship of integrated marketing communication affect on purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking (MyMo) of government saving banks customers
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were to study as follows. 1) The level of opinion toward integrated marketing communication, trust, and technology acceptance affect the purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking (MyMo). 2) The integrated marketing communication affects the trust, technology acceptance, and purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking (MyMo). 3) The trust affecting technology acceptance and purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking (MyMo). 4) Technology acceptance affects purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking (MyMo) of Government Savings Bank. The samples group were 260 customers randomised by multistage. The instrument used in the data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyse the data include frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis test uses the PLS-SEM Structural Equation Modeling.
The research results found that the level of opinion toward integrated marketing communication, trust, technology acceptance and purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking (MyMo) in all aspects were at the highest level. The hypothesis testing found that integrated marketing communication affected the trust and technology acceptance of Government Saving Banks customers. Besides, the trust affected the technology acceptance. Furthermore, the technology acceptance of Government Saving Banks customers affected the purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking. Meanwhile, the integrated marketing communication and trust do not affect the purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking (MyMo) of the Government Savings Bank's customers. The research results can use as a guideline for developing integrated marketing communication strategies, trust and technology acceptance leading to customer purchasing intention of Digital Salak through mobile banking (MyMo) of Government Savings Bank's customers.
