The affecting of service innovations capability on the efficiency of the Provincial Electricity Authority employees in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to investigate the effects of service innovations capability on the efficiency of the Provincial Electricity Authority employees in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and 2) to investigate the effects of knowledge integration and technology acceptance on service innovations capability. Data was collect using questionnaires from 214 personals of employees working in Provincial Electricity Authority in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya with a convenient sampling method and stratified sampling. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research revealed that 1) service innovations capability was high performance organization, perception of customer value and digital transformation affecting the efficiency of the Provincial Electricity Authority employees in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province whereas networking had no effect on the efficiency of the Provincial Electricity Authority employees in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. 2) knowledge integration and technology acceptance affecting service innovations capability.
