Abstract:
The aims of this research were (1) to study the relationships among perceived servant leadership, service climate, service self-efficacy, and service oriented behavior of the staff in government offices, (2) to examine the predictive power of perceived servant leadership, service climate, and service self-efficacy on service oriented behavior of staff the government Offices. Participants were consisted of 150 full-time staff of government offices located in Chiang Mai province. Research instruments were consisted of demographic questionnaire, the Perceived Servant Leadership Scale, the Service Climate Scale, the Service Self-efficacy Scale, and the Service Oriented Behavior Scale. Data were analyzed by using of Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. Results showed perceived servant leadership, service climate, and service self-efficacy had predictive relationships with service oriented behavior of the staff in government offices. The finding can contribute to the understanding of service oriented behavior of the staff in government offices and can be implemented for the development of service for government staff.
