The Development of Training Curriculum for Enhancing Desirable Characteristic in Sufficiency Living of Students of Naduapittayakom School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 22
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were: 1) to develop training courses for enhancing the desirable characteristics, 2) to study the effectiveness of training courses for enhancing the desirable characteristics in sufficiency living according to the criteria of 80/80,3) compare the training courses achievement for enhancing the desirable characteristics in the aspect of sufficiency living, 4) study practical skills after using training courses for enhancing the desirable characteristics in sufficiency living, and 5) study the satisfaction of the training courses for enhancing the desirable characteristics in sufficiency living. The target group includes Mathayomsuksa 4 students of Naduapittayakhom School under the Secondary Educational ServiceArea Office 22, Academic Year 2019, amount of 33 persons which were obtained by purposive sampling. The research instruments consisted of training courses. There was a consistency index at 1.00 and it was at the highest level 4.91. The knowledge test had a difficulty from 0.40 to 0.63. The classification powers were from 0.33 to 0.60 and the reliability was 0.80. The skill assessment for practicing had a consistency index at 1.00. The satisfaction questionnaire had a consistency index at 1.00. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and T-test.
The result of the research indicated that
1. The training courses for enhancing the desirable characteristics in sufficiency living consists of 4 components which were 1) the objectives of the curriculum, 2) the contents of the curriculum, 3) the methods of teaching and learning activities, and 4) the evaluation.
2. The training courses for enhancing the desirable characteristics in sufficiency living had an efficiency of 88.75 / 89.17 which were higher than the set 80/80 threshold.
3. The achievement after training with the training courses for enhancing the desirablecharacteristics in sufficiency living was higher than before training with statistical significance at the level of .01
4. The practice skills after using training courses for enhancing the desirable characteristics in sufficiency living in overall and in each level were at the highest level.
5. The satisfaction with training courses for enhancing the desirable characteristics in sufficiency living was at the highest level.
