Abstract:
This research aims at to study the opinion of staff on the personal administration of Sanamchai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Satuek District, Buriram Province, in four aspects : recruitment and appointment, personal maintenance, personal development, personal retirement. The sample were the staff of SubDistrict Administrative Organization, which comprised of 42 persons sampling from the SubDistrict officer, permanent officer and temporary officer, who work in Sanamchai SubDistrict Administrative Organization, Satuek District, Buriram Province.The tool used to collect the data was three types of questionnaire: checklist, rating scale and open-end form. The reliability secured at .9038. The standard statistics used is percentage, mean and standard deviation. From the research it is found that 1. The overall image of the opinion of staff on the Personal Administration of Sanamchai SubDistrict, Satuek District, Buriram Province is highly scored; when it is considered in each aspect by arranging from the high scoring level to low scoring level as follows: recruitment and appointment, retirement of personals, personal development and personal maintenance respectively. 2. The opinions and suggestions which are highly recommended are that the fair treatment should be equally given to every staff. The second recommendation is the staff should be given chance to participate and suggestions in working and last recommendation is justification and fairness in considering of staffs performance to increase the rate of salary.
