Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต3 โดยจําแนกตามตําแหน่งและประสบการณ์ในการดําารงตําแหน่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 341 คน โดยกําาหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสําเร็จรูปของเครจซีและมอร์แกน แล้วทําาการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามจํานวน 3 ตอน คือ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับและแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .9676 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ จึงทําการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ กําาหนดค่าสถิติที่ระดับนัยสําาคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1. สภาพปัจจัยโดยรวมตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านผู้นําาทางวิชาการอยู่ในระดับปานกลางส่วนด้าน อื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับมาก2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําาเร็จในการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จําาแนกตามตําแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .013. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสังกัดสําานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําาเร็จในการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จําาแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการดําารงตําาแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .054. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 3 เกี่ยวกับสภาพปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสําเร็จในการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่มีจําานวนมากที่สุดคือ ผู้บริหารต้องมีความรู้และเชี่ยวชาญด้านหลักสูตรและการจัดแผนการเรียนรู้

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study and compare the opinions of school administrators and teachers about the factors affecting success of management of administrators under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by positions and number of years in the position. The samples of this study were 341 teachers selected through the table of Krejcie and Morgan, and multi-stage random sampling. The research instrument was a 3-part questionnaire including checklist, 5-rating scale, and open-ended questions with the reliability of .9676. The statistics used to analyze the collected data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA. If the significant differences are found, Scheffe’ method will be used. The level of significant difference was set at .05.The results were as follows: 1.The overall factors affecting the success of the management of the administrators as realized by the school administrators and teachers under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the academic leaders were moderate, while the others were high.2. The results of comparing the opinions of the school administrators and teachers concerning the factors affecting the success of the management of the administrators, considered by position as a whole and as each aspect, the study revealed the statistical significant difference at the level of .01.3. The results of comparing the opinions of the school administrators and teachers concerning the factors affecting the success of the management of the administrators, consider by number of years in the position as a whole and as each aspect, the study revealed the statistical significant difference at the level of .05.4. The most comment and suggestion of the administrators and teachers under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 about the factors that affected the success of the management was administrators must have knowledge and expertise in curriculum and learning plan.
