Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the expectations in instructionalsetting on PE 32102 Physical Education (Sword) 2) to study the situations of instructionalsetting on PE 32102 3) to study the needs towards instructional setting on PE 32102 4) to compare the differences between expectations, situations, and needs towards instructional setting on PE 32102 classified by gender, and 5) to compare the expectations,the situations, and the needs to prepare the instructional setting on PE32102 Physical Education (Sword) classified by the academic scores of previous semester. The group of sample was the high school students grade 11, at Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 2, studying PE32102 Physical Education (Sword) in the academic semester 1/2015in 8 classrooms: 248 students, which consisted of 124 male students and 124 female students. The tool used to collect the data was the questionnaire analyzing data through percent, mean, standard deviation, independent T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The significant level was set at .05.The results were listed as follows: 1. The expectations on instructional setting in PE 32102 Physical Education (Sword) was considered at a high level in all cases, such as teachers, location,equipment, facilities, education measurement and evaluation, objectives, courses, and teaching styles, respectively 2. The situations towards instructional setting on PE 32102 Physical Education (Sword), according to the grade 11 students opinions at Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 2 was in the high level in all cases, such as teachers, location, equipment, facilities, objectives, and teaching styles. In the case of the education measurement andassessment was at moderate level.3. The needs towards instructional setting in PE 32102 Physical Education (Sword), according to the grade 11 students opinions at Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 2 was considered as the lowest level, included the assessment and evaluation,students, objectives, courses, teaching styles, location, equipment, facilities, andteachers as well.4. The differences between expectations, situations, needs towards instructionalsetting in PE 32102 Physical Education (Sword) of the high school students at Bodindecha(Sing Singhaseni) 2 classified by gender, in overall and in each aspect were not statisticallydifferent at level of .05.5. The comparison of the differences between expectations, situations, and needs in PE 32102 Physical Education (Sword) of the high school students at Bodin-decha (Sing Singhaseni) 2 classified by the academic scores of Physical Education in the previous semester. In overall and in each aspect were not statistically different at level of .05.
