Abstract:
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดลำปาง สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดลำปาง สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดลำปาง สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนา จำนวน 86 รูป/คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นและนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของกลุ่มประชากรในแต่ละโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีดวามสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.987 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดลำปาง สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัญหาการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดลำปางโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย
Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the condition of personnel management at Phrapariyattidhamma School. General Education Department, Lampang Province, under the National Buddhism Office 2) To study the problem of personnel management at Phrapariyattidham School. Department of General Education, Lampang Province, under the National Buddhism Office The sample group used in this research were administrators and teachers in Phrapariyattidhamma School. Department of General Studies, Lampang Province, under the Office of Buddhism, 86 figures/person. The sample size was determined by using the ready-made tables of Craigsy and Morgan by using stratified sampling method and the proportions were determined according to the size of the population in Lampang Province. each school The instrument used was a 5 level estimation scale questionnaire. The consistency index was between 0.67-1.00 and the confidence value was 0.987 The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research showed that 1) the condition of personnel management of Phrapariyattidhamma School Department of General Education, Lampang Province, under the Office of Buddhism Overall, it was at a high level. 2) Personnel management problems. of Phrapariyattham School Department of General Education Lampang Province as a whole is at a low level.
