Abstract:
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the formative creative leadership of school administrators as perceived by the teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Phayao and 2) to compare the formative creative leadership of school administrators as perceived by the teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Phayao based on work experience and size of the school. The samples used in this study were the teachers in educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Phayao consisting of 286 people, by using the sample size tables of Krejcie and Morgan and stratified random sampling. Research tools for collecting data were sets of rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, mean, standard deviation, F-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe's pair comparison. The results of the research showed that 1) The result of teachers' opinions towards creative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Phayao in both overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2) The comparison of creative leadership of school administrators as perceived by the teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Phayao, when classified by their work experience, showed no statistically significant difference. 3) The comparison of creative leadership of school administrators as perceived by the teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Phayao, when classified by school size, as whole and in each aspect was statistically different at 0.05 level.
