The Relationship between Strategic Leadership of Administrators in The 21st Century and Effectiveness of Schools under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 4
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of strategic leadership of administrators in the 21st century 2) to study the level of effectiveness of educational institutions. 3) to study the relationship between strategic leadership of administrators in the 21st century and effectiveness of educational institutions, under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample group of this research; school administrators and teachers used the sample size of 295 people, and used Stratified random Sampling by specify instruction center network as level. The tools of research was 5 level rating scale. The statistic that were used in this research were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, validity, Alpha coefficient and Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The result that: 1) the strategic leadership in 21st century, under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Office 4 had mean in high level, when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was creativity, followed by moral ethics, resource Development, and The aspect of vision determination and the aspect with the lowest mean was the aspect of monitoring and evaluation of the strategy. 2) The schools effectiveness of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 had mean in high level. when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was teacher job satisfaction, followed by ability to adapt to the environment and allocation. efficiency resource and the aspect with the lowest mean was student achievement. 3) The relationship between the strategic leadership in 21st century of schools directors and school effectiveness, under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 had a statistically significant correlation at the 0.01 level.
