Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบันกับสภาพที่คาดหวังต่อการมีภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นเพื่อส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 2 ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 290 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามรูปแบบการตอบสนองคู่ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.985 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการทำให้บุคลากรเป็นผู้นำตนเอง เป็นด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากเป็นลำดับแรก สำหรับสภาพที่คาดหวังพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเอง เป็นด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดเป็นลำดับแรก เมื่อวิเคราะห์ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น เพื่อส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า เป็นความต้องการจำเป็นทั้ง 7 ด้าน ดังนั้น การส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำเหนือผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จึงควรมุ่งเน้นไปที่ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเอง ด้านการสนับสนุนให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเองโดยการสร้างคณะทำงาน และด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมของผู้นำตนเอง ซึ่งพบว่า เป็นความต้องการจำเป็น 3 ลำดับแรก และเป็นความต้องการจำเป็นในลักษณะเดียวกัน คือ การอำนวยความสะดวกและการสนับสนุนให้เกิดภาวะผู้นำตนเอง

Abstract: The objectives of this research were to study 1) The present condition and the expected condition for having super leadership of school administration 2) Need assessment for promote super leadership of school administration under primary educational service area 2, lopburi in the 2019 coronavirus pandemic situation. The sample was 290 teachers. The research instrument was a dual-response format questionnaire. The reliability was 0.985 The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the prioritized need index (PNImodified). The research findings revealed that 1) Overall demand for the present condition having super leadership of school administration was high and overall demand for the expected condition having super leadership of school administration was highest. 2) Prioritized need index (PNiImodified) to promote super leadership of school administration level of 0.355, Ease of self-leadership was the first requirement, followed by support for Achieving self-leadership by creating a working group for facilitating a culture of self-leadership, and encouraging personnel to set goals for themselves in terms of presence as a role model for personnel be a self-leader formation of positive thought pattems and making personnel to be self-leaders, respectively. Promoting super leadership of school administration followers should be encouraged to develop knowledge and skills to work regularly in order to comply with changes that happen all the time.
