Abstract:
This research aims to 1) study the level of the creative leadership of the school administrators, 2) study the level of operational management of the school administrators, 3) compare the level of creative leadership of the school administrators, according to the variables of genders, positions, experiences, and the size of schools, 4) compare the level of operational management of the school administrators, according to the variables of genders, positions, experiences, and the size of schools, 5) explore the relationship between creative leadership and operational management of the school administrators, and 6) propose suggestions concerning creative leadership and operational management of the school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province. The samples of this research were 384 administrators and teachers selected by applying the Yamane procedure. The four-section questionnaire has been applied for collecting data, and the data were, then, analyzed and shown in frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviation, T-Test scores before applying the F-Test with the Sheffes Method and Pearson correlation.
The research findings are as follows:
1. The level of the creative leadership of the school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province was at the overall level of very.
2. The level of the operational management of the school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province was at the overall level of very.
3. The comparison of the level of creative leadership of the school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province, according to the variables of genders, positions, experiences, and the size of schools had overall and specific no difference.
4. The comparison of the level of the operational management of the school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province, according to the variables of genders, positions, experiences, and the size of schools had overall and specific no difference.
5. Overall, the relationship between creative leadership and operational management of the school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province had some relation at high level.
6. The school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province Area 3 were suggested in terms of the academic leadership to concern about the students learning outcomes for academic operational development by supervising, monitoring, following, and evaluating the curriculum continually.
7. In terms of the creative leadership of the school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province Area, they were suggested to apply the information technology in school administration, be able to think outside of the box in terms of regulations and familiar facing problem solving and coordinate and adapt themselves with colleagues.
8. In terms of operational management of the school administrators, Primary Educational Service Narathiwat Province Area, they were suggested to establish the fund for the schools together with the school welfare, and the school disciplinary and inquiry committee in case of the official suspension and leave.
