Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) study the role of administrators in promoting student ethics in Cathplic schools of Chiang Rai Diocese 2) to compare the roles of administrators in promoting student ethics in Catholic schools of Chiang Rai Diocese classified by educational background and work experience. Sample group Including administrators and teachers in Catholic schools of Chiang Rai Diocese, 162 people used a questionnaire as a study tool. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that the role of administrators in promoting student ethics in Catholic schools of Chiang Rai Diocese Overall and each side were at a moderate level. When considered individually, it was found that Pastoral Dharma propagation There was the highest average, followed by management and standards. In helping the poor in education Atmosphere, Environment and Resources And the side with the lowest average was learning activities. A comparison of roles of administrators in promoting student ethics in Catholic schools of Chiang Rai Diocese Classified by educational background, it was found that there were 6 different aspects, namely, pastoral care.
