The Relationship Between the Results Based Management and The Effectiveness of Small Schools under the Office Of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the levels of the result-based management in small schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2, 2) to study levels of the effectiveness of small schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2, and 3) the relationship between the result-based management and effectiveness of small schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The research samples were 214 informants from administrators and teachers in small schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research were as follow: 1) The overall and aspects of the result based managements in small schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 were at a high level. When considered individually, it was found at high level in all aspects. The side with the highest mean was Outcomes, followed by Objectives, Process and Outputs. The article with the lowest mean is the Inputs, respectively. 2) The effectiveness of a small school Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2, overall and aspects were at a high level. When considered individually, it was found at high level in all aspects. The side with the highest mean was the achievemnent of organizational goals, followed by the ability to develop educational institutions and productivity. The article with the lowest mean was curiosity. And students' self-pursuit of knowledge, respectively. 3) The relationship between the results based management and the effectiveness of small schools under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 2 was statistically significant correlated at 0.01 level.
