Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ เรื่อง การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ สำหรับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนตำบลโพรงอากาศ 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนใน ตำบลโพรงอากาศ อำเภอบางน้ำเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา 1 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวคลองบ้านใหม่ จำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ เรื่อง การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ สำหรับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนตำบลโพรงอากาศ 2) แบบประเมินทักษะการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการ ศึกษานำมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ เรื่อง การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ สำหรับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนตำบลโพรงอากาศ มีความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบหลักสูตรในระดับ มากที่สุด 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย (X̅ = 3.65, S.D. = 0.02) และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract: The purposes of the study are to: 1) develop professional training on packaging design for community enterprise in Phrong Akat sub-district, 2) study an efficiency of professional training course, and 3) survey participants’ satisfaction towards professional training course. This investigation was regulated by research and development process. The sample of the study was community enterprise named Klong Ban Mai community for rice seed production in Phrong Akat sub-district, Bang Nam Priao, Chachoengsao. 30 participants were derived from Cluster Random Sampling technique. The instruments applied in the research were 1) professional training curriculum on packaging design for Phrong Akat community enterprise, 2) skills assessment on packaging design, and 3) satisfaction survey. The data were analyzed by using arithmetic percentage, mean (X̅) and standard deviation (S.D.). The research results were as follows: 1) the data generated from the development of professional training course on packaging design for Phrong Akat community enterprise were consistent and employed the highest level of appropriateness; 2) the effectiveness of professional training course was rated at the highest level (X̅ = 3.61, S.D. = 0.02); and 3) the average score of participants’ satisfactions towards professional training course was at the highest level.
