Development of motion graphic about the criteria for submitting workings to enter higher career path for operational staff to professional at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were to: 1) develop motion graphics for
promotion criteria of professional operation personnel, professional level at
Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, and 2) compare knowledge and
comprehension of professional operation personnel before and after using motion
graphics, and 3) study professional operation personnels satisfaction towards the
motion graphics.
The samples of this study were 30 professional operation personnel selected
by simple random sampling (lottery method). The research instruments consisted of
motion graphics, evaluation form regarding the quality of media and contents, pre-test,
post-test, and evaluation form regarding personnels satisfaction towards motion
graphics. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation, and ttest
for dependent samples.
The research results indicated that: 1) the motion graphics had quality of
media at a good level with an average score of 4.45 and quality of content at a good
level with an average score of 4.42, 2) the knowledge and comprehension of the
personnel were higher after studying through motion graphic at the statistically
significant level of .05 with a mean score of 27.70/8.70, and 3) the satisfaction of the
staff towards motion graphic was at a high level of 4.42.
