The Effect of Transformation Leadership and Perceived Organization Support on Job Satisfaction of The personnel in Sports Authority of Thailand Region 3
Abstract:
The objective of this research to study the effect of Transformation Leadership and Perceived Organization Support on Job Satisfaction of The personnel in Sports Authority of Thailand Region 3. The research sample were 215 the personnel in Sports Authority of Thailand Region 3. A questionnaire was used as tool to data collection. The data analysis using The data were analysis using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypotheses testing by multiple regression analysis.
The research results indicated that the transformation leadership within individual consideration has led to the positive impact of The Personnel in Sports Authority of Thailand Region 3 A with statistical significant at 0.05, and perceived organization support from the organization regarding the opportunity that offered for the organization improvement and well-being of the employee, which leads to the positive of employee's job satisfaction of The Personnel Sports Authority of Thailand Region 3 A with statistical significant 0.01.
