Abstract: ชื่อเรื่อง : ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการกระทำผิดของผู้ต้องขังหญิงในเรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ผู้วิจัย : นายวิชชากร ประมูลจักโก ปริญญา : รัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (สาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภักดี โพธิ์สิงห์ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุภาพร ยุภาศ ปีการศึกษา : 2565 บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมการกระทำผิดของผู้ต้องขังหญิง ในเรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการกระทำผิดของผู้ต้องขังหญิงในเรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะและแก้ไขปัญหาการกระทำความผิดของผู้ต้องขังหญิง ในเรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ต้องขังหญิงในเรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 146 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการจัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ, ความถี่, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ระดับพฤติกรรมการกระทำผิดของผู้ต้องขังหญิงในเรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการกระทำผิดของผู้ต้องขังหญิงในเรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยา ปัจจัยด้านการศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านความอยากมีอยากได้ โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ ร้อยละ 52.10 และ (3) ข้อเสนอแนะและแก้ไขปัญหาการกระทำความผิดของผู้ต้องขังหญิง ในเรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ได้แก่ ควรจัดฝึกอบรมหรือฝึกวิชาชีพให้กับผู้ต้องขังในสาขาวิชาชีพ ที่ภาคเอกชนต้องการ ควรจัดฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาพฤตินิสัยและเสริมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับผู้ต้องขัง ฟื้นฟูสภาพจิตใจของผู้ต้องขัง ให้มีความพร้อมในการกลับคืนสู่สังคมภายนอก ควรติดต่อผู้ประกอบการ ภาคเอกชน เพื่อรองรับแรงงานผู้ต้องขังภายหลังการปล่อยตัว ควรมีผู้รับผิดชอบในการติดตามประเมินผล ภายหลังจากผู้ต้องขังปล่อยตัวและให้ความรู้ทางกฎหมายแก่ผู้ต้องขังหญิงเพื่อจะได้มีความรู้ทางกฎหมาย เพิ่มขึ้น คำสำคัญ : การกระทำผิด; ผู้ต้องขังหญิง; เรือนจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์หลัก ข Title : Factors Affecting Offenses of Female Inmates in Mahasarakham Provincial Prison Author : Mr.Wichakorn Pramooljukko Degree : Master of Public Administration (Public Administration) Advisors : Associate Professor Dr. Phakdee Posing Associate Professor Dr.Yupaporn Yupas Year : 2022 ABSTRACT This research the objectives were (1) to study the level of delinquency behavior of female inmates in Mahasarakham Provincial Prison, (2) to study the factors affecting the offense of female inmates in Mahasarakham Provincial Prison, and (3) to study recommendations and to solve the problems of offence. of female inmates in Maha sarakham Provincial Prison The sample consisted of 146 female inmates in Mahasarakham Provincial Prison using a simple random sampling method. The tool used to collect the data is an estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis. and multiple regression analysis.
