Abstract:
Management of financial information on human resources in the organization
has a lot of relevant information from many sources from the past to the present.
However, most organizations do not use that information effectively. This special
problem has objectives to 1) develop a decision support system for financial
management in human resources and 2) evaluate user satisfaction on decision
support systems, financial management, and human resources. In designing the
system the researcher uses business intelligent principles to receive data from
multiple data sources to be stored into the data warehouse, uses SQL View to make
the data conditions easier, uses dashboard implemented on a website designed to
visualize data allowing users to analyze and make financial reports on human
resources more easily. The results of the system satisfaction assessment of 20 people,
consisting of 5 experts, 15 general users. The results from the system evaluation show
that it is satisfied with the use of the system at a good level (X = 4.46 and S.D. =
62)
The design and formatting of the website of the system is in good level (X = 4.58
and S.D. = 0.57) and the benefits and applications of the system are at a good level
(X = 4.52 and S.D. = 0.64)
