Abstract:
The objective of this research study was to investigate of the effect of quality of work
life on job performance efficiency of construction company staffs, Mueang district, Nakhon
Ratchasima Province. The sample group was 405 construction business employees in Mueang
district, Nakhon Ratchasima Province (engineer, foreman and supervisor). A questionnaire was
used as the research tools. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency
distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing with inferential statistics
by multiple regression analysis. The results found that quality of work life factor such as safety and
health environment, social integration, and work life balance had positive effect on job performance
efficiency of construction companys staffs in Muang district, Nakhon Ratchasima Province
significantly (p< 0.01)
