Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study the balance between life and work. The level of intention remains in the job and the balance between life and work that affects the job intent of the production operation staff. A car assembly company In turn seaboard industrial estate, Rayong province, the sample consisted of 360 production level employees and multistage sampling. By beginning with randomized sampling Then randomly select samples as conveniently The tools used for data collection were The questionnaire has the reliability of 0.937 and the data is analyzed by using Frequency, Percentage, Mean (𝑥), Standard Deviation (SD), and Multiple Regression Analysis. Research shows that Employees have a high level of balance between life and work (𝑥 = 3.85, SD = 0.47) and employees have a high level of willingness to remain in the job (𝑥 = 3.56, SD = 0.77). Between life and work in 3 areas which are satisfaction In terms of attachment, mind and time, there is a positive effect on the intention to remain in the job. And could explain the variance of intention in the job 58.80% (R 2 = 0.588)
