Abstract:
The study of Factors and Behaviors Affecting the Selection on Training Services of Computer Center of Burapha University aimed to study the important factors affecting the selection on training services of Computer Center of Burapha University, to study employee behavior affecting the selection on training services of Computer Center of Burapha University and to analyze the difference of Factors Affecting the Selection on Training Services of Computer Center of Burapha University. The samples were company employee and government employee in Chonburi province. An instrument applied in data collection was questionnaire which had distributed to 400 samples. The researcher analyzed data by using SPSS and Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing with t test and Analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The research result found that
Personal factor of most respondents were female, age between 30 -39 years, education level of Bachelors degree, most work in company, income level of 30,001 40,000 baht and working period of 5 10 years. When they interested to attend the training, their organization shall responsible for the registration fee with a training budget of 1,500 2,000 baht.
Personal factors such as sex, age, education level, workplace, income, working period and training budget different effects on several selections of training services at statistical significance of .05 except the person responsible for the expenses.
Employee behaviors such as application channel, the right time of training, the reason of attention training and source of training information different effects on several selections of training services at statistical significance of .05 except the right time of training and the frequency of attention training.
Marketing mix factors such as Product, training expenses, place, promotion, staff/lecturer, procedure/service period and Characteristics of Institution affect the reasons of several selections of training services at statistical significance of .05
