Abstract:
The study of The study of consumer behaviour and purchasing criteria on buying online food has been chosen as an independent study and a part of contemporary topic in applied marketing which focusing onSociety. To be able to understand the clinic industry and consumers, the marketing research has been adopted into this study under two methods, Exploratory research and Descriptive research. There are 10 respondents on InDepth Interview session and 132 sets of respondent from answering the question. According to the study, Online food industry is an interesting industry that they are now becoming popular and booming with significant growth of 3% annually. There are 5 popular product categories in the market which are bakery, food ingredients, fresh meats and imported meats, processed food or cooked seafood, and cleaned food. The result of this research also reveals that the key findings from respondents who order food and bakery from online food vendor because the convenience but they also reorder the product from that vendors if they impressed on the taste. Respondents who had a high income tend to order food from online food vendor every month. Normally respondents would pay for one order below 1,000 THB per time. There are also a reason that made consumer order from online food vendor more often which is nice presentation picture and recommend from friend and family. For special occasion, they tend to spend more than 2,500+ THB /time
