Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to create program for enhancing leg
power of 12-year old soccer players under Chiang Mai municipality schools, and 2) to
study the results of using the program for enhancing leg power of 12-year old soccer
players under Chiang Mai municipality schools. Instrument used was the created
program verifying the validity by experts. Get the content accuracy value = .67-1, get the
confidence value 0.87.
The target group was 20 soccer players under Chiang Mai municipality school
and using the long distance ball passing test of Chuphong Chan-arun, Kanyala Palawiwat
as well as measuring the leg muscle enhancing of 12-year old soccer players by using a
leg dynamometer. The results of the study showed that the experimental results of
using program for enhancing leg power of 12-year old soccer players under Chiang Mai
municipality schools for 12 weeks by 2 tests as follows: 1) the long distance ball passing
before and after using, program for enchaining leg energy, it was found that the
development of competency level of 11 soccer players were at a good level, 55 percent
and the development of competency level of 9 soccer players were at a good level a
fair level, 45 percent, the average distance of long distance ball passing of 20 soccer
players before using program was at 15.34 meters and after using program was at 20.07
meters, the average distance difference was at 4.74, the development of competency
was at a good level and had an average of long distance ball passing before and after
were at 1.99. 2) The test results of a leg dynamometer before and after using program
for enhancing leg power showed that the average of leg dynamometer before using
program was at 1.16 kg /weight and after using program was at 1.67 kg / weight. The
average of a leg dynamometer difference was at 0.51 kg / weight and the standard
deviation before using the program was at 0.36 and after using the program was at 0.28,
the standard deviation of a leg dynamometer was at 0.26 It can be concluded that after
using the program for enhancing leg power of 12-year old soccer players by using long
distance ball passing and the results of leg dynamometer higher than before have
increased more than before using the program for enhancing leg power.
