Abstract: “DSolution” is a one-stop service for employers that seeking for a solution to hire people with disabilities. We are offering our customers with three main values ; quality, convenience, and solution. DSolution is a service provider who offering two types of services, which are recruiting and training people with disabilities. Recruiting service is to help the employers who want to hire disabled employees. Training services is to support people with disabilities to improve their specific skills. Our solution is a skillful disabled candidate whom can perform tasks as employers required with appropriate skills to the right jobs. We also provide training by partnering with a universities to decide the course, and we also have our own evaluation process at the end of the training before sending them to work for our customers
