Abstract: “DSolution” is a one-stop service for private companies that seek for solution of the labor law section 33. We are offering our customers with three main values, which are quality, convenience, and solution. DS is a service provider, offering two types of services, which are recruiting and training people with disabilities. Recruiting service is to support the employers who want to hire disabled employees. Training services is to support people with disabilities to improve their specific skills.The process will startfrom a free educational workshop for company that employed more than 100 people then we will individually approach to ones who express an interest in order to provide further consultation that is specific to their needs. Our solution is a skillful disabled candidate whom can perform general tasks such as accounting support, digital market, and basic programing. We do provide skilled trainings by ourselves and we also have an evaluation process at the end of the training before sending them to work for our customers
