Abstract:
The objective of this research was to develop the quality of the Web-Based Instruction (WBI) on Basic Computer Graphic Programs for seven grade students and to compare learning achievement of the students before and after learning the WBI with the instruction. The sample of the study comprised of 40 seven grade students at Anuban Mueang Nakhon Sawan School (Khao Kop Wiworn Sukkha Wittaya). The research instruments were Web-Based Instruction on Basic Computer Graphic Programs, a Web-Based Instruction assessment form and learning achievement test (with p = 0.38-0.76, r = 0.29-0.76 and KR-20 = 0.87) The data were analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples. The result of the research was found as follows; the Web-based Instruction on Basic Computer Graphic Programs was at a high level in the Content quality and design techniques (x̄ = 4.71, S = 0. 46) and at the a highest level in the media technology quality (x̄ = 4.49, S = 0.58) was 80.33/80.08. In addition, the students achievement is higher than before learning at the .01 level of significance.
