Abstract:
This quantitative research is to study Facebook usage in teaching and learning management of elementaryschool administrator and teachers, Ubonratchathanee. The developed questionnaire of 35 items with five Likert scales and validity and reliability test were carried out. Data analysis with statistic are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, MANOVA and Pearson correlation. The results show that the mean and standard deviation of Facebook usage in teaching and learning of element school administrator and teachers, are high level for all components at 3.98 (SD .24). The means of personal factors in terms of gender contributed statistically significant difference to Facebook usage in teaching and learning management, at .05, t= 2.56 (Sig .011). Besides, the mean difference between the level of Facebook usage in teaching and learning and personal factors such as age and education level, also demonstrated no statistically significant difference at .05, F = .829 (Sig. =.479) andF = .27 (Sig.=.77), respectively
