Abstract:
The objective of this research targets to study the affecting factors on purchasing intention to electrical appliances of Tai Esset Company in Khonkan provinceand customer satisfaction. The researcher developed 29 items of a questionnaire for collecting 318 respondent of the consumer. The statistical analysis are frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and MANOVA. The results contribute the means of consumer behavior and customer satisfaction are high level for all components at 4.25 equally. Further, the means different presented statistically significant different at .05 separated by income, occupation, F = 2.92, 3.13 (Sig .009, .026) respectively. Besides, the tree personal factors impact significantly and directly on customer satisfaction. Therefore, this result practically might be used to develop for the service of electrical compliance company by focusing on providing data through technology.
