Abstract:
The objective of this research is to 1) study the environment of online teaching and learning management during Covid 19 of non-formal education, Surin province 2) study mean level and mean comparative of online teaching environment and 3) suggest the direction of online teaching environment to the teachers and administrators. The samples were 300 respondents of center principals, vice center principals, teacher, mentor teachers and parents. The statistical analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The results present that the mean difference of personal factors in terms of gender contributed statistically significant difference to the readiness of hardware at .05 (t = 2.125, Sig .034). Furthermore, the mean difference of personal factors in terms of gender also demonstrated statistically significant difference to the readiness of software at .05 (t = 1.980, Sig .049).
