Abstract:
raditional medicine service in public hospitals, Lopburi province. The research focuses on 5 main areas that were used including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research found 4 factors of service management quality of Thai traditional medicine service in public hospitals, Lopburi province including planning, organizing, motivation, and controlling the increase of improved service quality management.
The questionnaire was used as a tool with reliability of service quality of 0.890 and factors of management of 0.903 to collect data from 398 people by purposive sampling. This study used descriptive statistics by frequency and percentage at the level of statistical significance 0.05 The results of the study were as follows :
1. The hypothesis of this research its found the level of opinions in management quality of Thai traditional medicine service in public hospitals, Lopburi province including planning, organizing, motivation, and controlling improved that to increase of organizing and motivation.
2. The hypothesis of this research its found the service quality satisfaction in 5 main areas including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy confirmed that these factors of management quality of Thai traditional medicine service in public hospitals, Lopburi province affected. there influence the most increase of reliability and assurance.
