Abstract:
This thesis entitled PRECAST CONCRETE WALL PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES : CASE STUDY C-POST CO., LTD. aimed to study and accumulate data of the process of precast concrete wall production of the construction workers by classifying and analyzing construction tool level and manpower of precast concrete wall production. The data were collected by the interview, survey, record, drawings, and photographs to present the process of precast concrete wall production of the construction workers. The collected data were then used to analyze the level of manpower and construction tool used in precast concrete wall production. (3) Installing the inlay materials and reinforcement. (4) Cementing. (5) Concrete polishing. (6) Demolding (7) Work lifting for the storage at a stockyard. The construction tools in process of precast concrete wall production were divided into 11 categories with three different levels. Most of them were in a low level 64.89%, followed by a moderate level 18.09%, and a high level 17.02%, respectively. Similarly, the manpower of precast concrete wall production was divided into three levels, namely: a low level 29.76%, followed by a moderate level 19.05%, and a high level 51.19%.
