Abstract: การศึกษาเรื่องการศึกษารูปแบบการการจัดการพลังงานที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่แนวชายแดนไทย กัมพูชา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคการจัดการพลังงานที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่แนวชายแดนไทย กัมพูชา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ตามแนวเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยใช้วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสถานการณ์ด้านพลังงานชุมชนมีการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า จากส่วนกลาง แนะมีชุมชนตำบลตาเมียง เป็นชุมชนที่มีการใช้อุปกรณ์ประหยังพลังงาน เช่น เตาซุปเปอร์อั่งโล่ แต่ยังมีปัญหาเรื่องอุปกรณ์ไม่เพียงพอกับความต้องการในชุมชน ชุมชนตำบลแนงมุด ชุมชนตำบลบ้านจารย์มีค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงานลดลง หลังจากมีการจัดการพลังงานชุมชน และชุมชนที่ยังขากองค์ความรู้ด้านการคัดเลือกอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีด้านพลังงานที่สอดคล้องกับศักยภาพชุมชนและความต้องการของชุมชน สำหรับปัญหาอุปสรรค์จัดการพลังงานกับชุมชน ที่เกิดขึ้น จากการจัดการพลังงานที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชน ปัจจุบันเกิดจากหลายสาเหตุ ทั้งจากปัจจัยภายนอกชุมชน แต่ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นนั้น จะนำไปสู่การแก้ปัญหาและหารูปแบบในการจัดการพลังงานที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชน ตามข้อเสนอแนะรูปแบบการจัดการพลังงานที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่แนวชายแดนไทย กัมพูชา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง จะนำไปสู่การมีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการจัดการพลังงานชุมชนและการวางแผนพลังงานชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และผลที่ได้รับจากการวางแผนพลังงานคือการลดค่าใช่จ่ายในด้านพลังงานเพียงพอต่อความต้องการพื้นฐานของคนในชุมชน และต้องมีการศึกษาปรับปรุงเทคโนโลยีและกระบวนการจัดการที่เหมาะสม และการนำเอาหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเข้ามาบูรณาในการบริหารจัดการด้วย

Abstract: This research education of energy management model that was suitable for a community in the area of Thai-Cambodia Surin province according to the sufficiency and purpose to problems and bamiers wich in-depth interview operation The results found that the communities used electricity from the central area Tar-Miang Sub-district used energy-saving equipment was “Super Shield” but that not enough to demand of the communities Nang-Mood and Ban-jam Sub-district have to decrease of energy expense management to energy of community. They don’t have knowledge to equipment selection. Energy technology. They don’t have knowledge to equipment selection. Energy technology consistent to the potential and not enough to demand of the communities. That the problems and the bamiers caused by external factors and internal factors and internal factors of communities but that found to correction problems and appropriate management model with the communities which following the suggestion of “which following the suggestion of “energy management model that was suitable for a communities the border area of That-Cambodia Surin province according to the sufficiency economy” That bring forward to participation management plan process in communities and the results from that was decrease of energy expenses and energy enough for demand of persons in communities and that will have improve to technology and suitable process and the last one was continuous monitoring and evaluation. In addition. That could expand to other communities If there want to good result that must adopt the philosophy of sufficiency economy to integrate in administration
