Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ในการผลิตเส้นไหมด้วยกระบวนการผลิตเส้นไหมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และยกระดับความสามารถการผลิตเส้นไหมสู่การจัดตั้งโรงสาวไหมชุมชนต้นแบบ เพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างรายได้และแก้ปัญหาความยากจนของประชาชนในชนบท และนำไปสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป ผลจากการถ่ายทอดสดเทคโนโลยีการสาวไหมแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติ จากการสำรวจสมาชิกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล บ้านตะเคียนพัฒนา ตำบลสำโรงทาบ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ผู้นำกลุ่มเลี้ยงไหมเพื่อผลิตเส้นใยไหมจำหน่ายและทอผ้าไหม พบว่าชาวบ้านที่เลี้ยงไหมและสาวไหมเพื่อใช้ในการจัดจำหน่ายเพื่อทอผ้ายังคงใช้วิธีการสาวไหมแบบภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้านอยู่และเมื่อคณะผู้วิจัยนำต้นเครื่องสาวไหมแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติซึ่งเป็นผลงานเดิมที่คณะผู้วิจัยจะนำไปใช้ในการถ่ายนำเสนอหลักการทำงานของเครื่องเป็น VTR ให้กับชาวบ้านดูปรากฏว่าชาวบ้านให้ความสนใจ และมีความสนใจที่จะทดลองใช้เครื่องสาวไหมแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติแทนการสาวไหมแบบดั้งเดิม ผลการฝึกอบรมผู้นำกลุ่มเลี้ยงไหมเพื่อผลิตเส้นใยไหมจำหน่ายและทอผ้าไหม ที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องสาวไหมแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดี (x ̅=4.02, S.D.=0.31) จำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อปริทธิภาพของเครื่องสาวไหมแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติ ได้ในระดับดีทุกด้านโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการจัดการเตรียมวัตถุ 2) ด้านการตั้งอุณหภูมิน้ำวิธีการสาว 3) ด้านการควบคุมเครื่องขณะทำการสาวไหมด้วยเครื่อง ดี (x ̅=4.06, 4.06, และ 3.92, S.D.=0.27, 0.39 และ 0.55 ตามลำดับ)

Abstract: The purpose of the study for development production technology of silk worm has efficacy productivity. They have promote activity production technology of silk worm product lead to original of silk manufactory. They will promote job creation to make professional work for career, Solve the poverty of rural people and lead to the sustainable development. Result of technology transfer and silk with silk semi-automatic from the survey of Sub District Administration Organization. Bann Takhianpattana Samrongthap sub-district, Samrongthap District, Surin Province. Leaders to product a silk-woven silk and silk were sold villagers sericulture and silk for use in distribution or woven fabric using silk to a folk wisdom and when the researchers used Prototype machine silk semi-automatic machine which is the original work the researchers will be used to convey the principle of the machine is VTR. Found that the villagers appear the people attention and be interested to try using a semi-automatic silk instead of the traditional silk. The results of training leaders to produce silk, silk-weaving and selling. The effectives of semi-automatic machine silk overall was good. ดี (x ̅=4.02, S.D. = 0.31) Classification of each side found that the satisfaction of training on the efficiency of semi-automatic machine silk. Have a good level all aspects was the highest 1) The preparation of materials 2) The water temperature settings how to silk. 3) The control unit while silk machine (x ̅=4.06, 4.06, and 3.92, S.D.=0.27, 0.39 and 0.55 respectively.)
