Abstract: งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการกระจายหน้าที่ทางคุณภาพในการพัฒนาการออกแบบ เครื่องประดับ แหวนเงินสีชมพู และเพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาความ ต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ขึ้นใหม่ มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านส่วนผสมของโลหะ รูปแบบลวดลายสินค้าตาม แฟชั่น และลักษณะการสร้างสีชมพูขึ้นมาใหม่ผลการประเมินพบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความพึงพอใจเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 3.76 เป็น 4.46 ต้นทุนของเครื่องประดับแหวนเงินสีชมพู ก่อนการพัฒนามีต้นทุน ค่าวัสดุและกระบวการผลิตที่ 1,450 บาท มูลค่าราคา จำหน่าย 2,175 บาท ผลต่างกำไร 725 บาท การเปลี่ยนแปลงของต้นทุนหลังการพัฒนา ค่าวัสดุและกระบวการผลิตที่ 1,210 บาท มูลค่าราคาจำหน่าย 2,320 บาท ผลต่างกำไร 1,110 บาทผลกำไรเพิ่มขึ้น 385 บาท หรือต้นทุนรวมผลิตภัณฑ์ เปลี่ยนแปลงลดลง 240 บาท เมื่อเทียบกับความพึงพอใจในตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เพิ่มขึ้น

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to apply Quality Function Deployment in developing pink silver ring jewelry and to develop the pink silver ring jewelry in order to meet the needs of customers. The results of the study of customer’s needs to develop new pink silver ring jewelry were found that the alloy metal, fashionably product pattern, and the creation of new pink color. The evaluation results were found that the average of customers’ satisfaction increased from 3.76 to 4.46. The cost of pink silver ring jewelry before development. The materials cost and production processes were 1,450 baht, the value of the sales price was 2,175 baht, and the profit margin was 725. The change of costs after development materials cost and production processes were 1,210 baht, the value of the sales price was 2,320 baht, and the profit margin was 1,110 baht, the increasing profit was 385 baht or the total cost of the product was changed by decreasing 240 baht compared with an increase of product satisfaction.
