Desired characteristics of school administrators in the time of education reform according to the opinions of teachers of Lopburi primary educational service area office
Abstract:
the purposes of this study were to study and to compare the opinions of teachers towards the desired characteristics of school administrators in the time of education reform under the jurisdiction of Lopburi Office of Education Service Area. The sample were 346 Teachers. The instrument was questionnaire of 40 items with the reliability of 1.00. The data were analyzed through the application of percentage, mean, standard deviation T-test and F-test. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The opinions of the teachers towards the desired characteristics of school administrators in the time of education reform, both professional and individual characteristics, were at the high level. 2. The opinions of the teachers towards the desired characteristics of school administrators in the time of education reform, both professional and individual characteristics, were not significantly. 3. Teachers opinions on desirable characteristics classified by gender and working experience towards the desired characteristics of school administrators in the time of education reform were significantly different at the lever of .05.
