Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยการคล้องเกี่ยวเข็มขัดนิรภัยของผู้ปฏิบัติงานติดตั้งหลังคาบนโครงสร้างหลังคาสูงของบริษัท ติดตั้งหลังคาแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดชลบุรีประชากรที่ศึกษาทั้งหมดมี 80 คน โดยการปรับปรุงระบบยับยั้งการตกส่วนบุคคลให้ติดตั้งอยู่กับแผ่นปูทางเดินชั่วคราวที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานบน และสามารถเคลื่อนย้ายไปในพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงานบนโครงสร้างหลังคาได้อย่างทั่วถึงโดยใช้เหล็กรูปตัว V (V-shape) ใช้เป็นจุดยึด (Anchorage) ติดตั้งเข้ากับแผ่นปูทางเดินชั่วคราวโดยใช้สกรูยึดติดกับโครงสร้างใช้สลิงไส้เชือกขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 6 มิลลิเมตรเพื่อเป็นสายช่วยชีวิติ (Life line) ติดตั้งระหว่างจุดยึด และใช้ประกอบกับสายรัดตัว (Body harness) ที่มีตัวเชื่อมต่อ (Connector) และสายยึดกันตก (Lanyard) ติดตั้งอยู่กับชุดแล้วและได้มีการทดสอบความแข็งแรงของระบบยับยั้งการตกส่วนบุคคลว่าสามารถยึดหุ่นน้ำหนัก (140 กิโลกรัม) ให้ลอยอยู่อย่างอิสระและไม่เกิดความเสียหายต่อระบบยับยั้งการตกเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พนักงานส่วนใหญ่มีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 21-30 ปี ร้อยละ 50 และมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอยู่ระหว่าง 1-5 ปี ร้อยละ 67.3 มีความเสี่ยงก่อนปรับปรุงอยู่ในระดับ 4 ความเสี่ยงหลังปรับปรุงอยู่ในระดับ 2 และจากข้อมูลการเฝ้าสังเกตโดยหัวหน้างานในเรื่อง พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยการคล้องเกี่ยวเข็มขัดนิรภัยก่อนและหลังปรับปรุงพบว่า ผลต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างก่อนและหลังการปรับปรุงในสัปดาห์ที่ 2, ก่อนและหลังการปรับปรุงในสัปดาห์ที่ 3 และก่อนและหลังการปรับปรุงในสัปดาห์ที่ 4 มีความแตกต่างกันทั้งหมด มีค่าเท่ากับ 3.41, 2.96 และ 2.61 ตามลำดับ และจากข้อมูลโดยผู้ปฏิบัติงานก่อนและหลังการปรับปรุงในสัปดาห์ที่ 2, 3 และ 4 พบว่า ผลต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างก่อนและหลังในสัปดาห์ที่ 2 และก่อนและหลังการ ปรับปรุงในสัปดาห์ที่ 4 มีความแตกต่างกัน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.04 และ 0.03 ตามลำดับ และหลังการปรับปรุงพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่พนักงานมีความพึงพอใจในด้านอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล ส่วน ใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ร้อยละ46.25 ด้านเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในระบบยับยั้งการตกส่วนบุคคล ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ร้อยละ46.25 ด้านความปลอดภัยของระบบยับยั้งการตกส่วนบุคคล ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ร้อยละ 53.75 จากผลของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ทำให้เห็นว่าการปรับปรุงระบบยับยั้งการตกส่วนบุคคลโดยให้มีพฤติกรรมการคล้องเกี่ยวเข็มขัดนิรภัยของผู้ปฏิบัติงานจะทำให้มีความปลอดภัยเพิ่มขึ้นและสามารถเคลื่อนย้ายไปในพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างสะดวกทั่วถึงรวมถึงยังสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงสภาพการปฏิบัติงานบนที่สูงในลักษณะงานอื่น ๆ ได้

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to compare the safety behaviors of the seat belt brackets of the roof installation workers on the roof structure of a roof installation company in Chonburi province.
