Abstract:
Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) are new type of porous materials which is rapidly In this study, Graphite oxide (GO) was synthesized by a modified Hummers method for use as a base material in the synthesis process of NiS-CoS/rGO nanocomposites. The reduced graphene oxide (rGO), NiS-CoS nanoparticles and NiS-CoS/rGO nanocomposites were synthesized by a hydrothermal method using different concentrations of NiS-CoS in NiS-CoS/rGO nanocomposites, designated as of NiS-CoS/rGO, NiS/rGO and CoS/rGO, respectively. In the study of electrochemical properties, the the specific capacitance (Cs) of NiS-CoS/rGO nanocomposites was found to higher than that of SnS2 nanosheet, which might be due to the improvement of the conductivity property. In addition, the synergistic effects of rGO sheet and SnS2 nanosheet could suppress the overlapping and aggregation of SnS2 nanosheet in charge-discharge process. Moreover, the Cs at the current density 0.3 A g-1 of NiS-CoS/rGO, NiS/rGO and CoS/rGO were found to be 273.53, 206.22 and 145.29 F g-1, respectively. These Cs values were higher than that of 123.82 F g-1 in NiS-CoS nanoparticles at the same current density.
