Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study factors and predicting factors that affect the effectiveness of school administration in Quality District Schools under the Office of Uttaradit Primary Education Service Area 1. The target population was 44 Quality District Schools. The informants were 44 school administrators selected by purposive sampling and 227 teachers who were obtained by simple random sampling. The instruments used was a questionnaire. The percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis were the parameters used for statistical analysis. The results revealed that factors affecting the effectiveness of school administration in Quality District Schools overall was at a high level. The factor ranked the highest was the administrative factor, while the lowest was the student factor. Due to the multiple regression analysis, the factors namely administrators, teachers and development participation statistically significantly affected the effectiveness of school administration in Quality District Schools at 0.01, whereas the school factor statistically significantly affected effectiveness of school administration in Quality District Schools at 0.05. In addition, multiple correlation of the factors was at 0.81 which could predict 66.60% as shown in raw scores and standard scores as follows: Y = 1.226 + 0.264(X1) + 0.185(X2) + 0.113 (X4) + 0.136(X5) Z = 0.353(Z1) + 0.231(Z2) + 0.138(Z4) + 0.211(Z5)
