The Study on Relationship between the School Administration According to Brahmavihara 4 and Working Morale Strengthening of the General Buddhist Scripture School Teachers in Phayao Province
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study: 1) The school administration according to Brahmavihara 4 2) working morale of teachers and 3) The relationship between school administration according to Brahmavihara 4 and working morale strengthening of teachers in The Buddhist Scripture Schools, Phayao Province through the quantitative research. The population was 115 teachers working in The Buddhist Scripture Schools in Phayao Province, academic year 2562. The data collecting instrument was questionnaire. And the data was analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation. The findings of the study were as follows: 1) The overall and each aspect statistic score of the school administration according to Brahmavihara 4 was rate at a high level. They were able to be arranged by descending order: Mercy, Compassion, Rejoicing and Equanimity. 2) The overall statistic score of morale strengthening of teachers was rate at a high level. They were able to be arranged by descending order: occupational status, working achievement and self-living, satisfaction and respect, relationship among commander, subordinate and colleague, policy and administration, dominant and command method, responsibility, job description, working environment, career advancement, job security, opportunity of future advancement obtaining, and salary. 3) The relationship between school administration according to Brahmavihara 4 and working morale strengthening of teachers in The General Buddhist Scripture Schools, Phayao Province was positive in every aspect with statistical significance: 0.01
