Abstract:
The study aimed to examine and compare the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 37. The data is based on the opinion and feedback from administrators and government teachers in the school which is classified by the size of schools and working of experiences. The sample group was 259 administrators and government teacher under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 37 using the Stratified Random Sampling method. The instrument used a questionnaire with 1-5 level of Likerts rating scale with the reliability of 0.99. For analyzing the data, the research chose statistical analysis to interpret the result of the data by using percentage, mean and standard deviation and Analysis of Variance: Oneway ANOVA and checking the differences of pair with Schefft s method. The result had revealed that 1) The strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 37 based on the opinion and feedback from administrators and teachers was significantly high. 2) The result of comparing the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 37 based on the opinion and feedback from administrators and teachers classified by size of school had shown a statistical significance at 0.05 level in terms of determination of vision. 3) The result of comparing the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Office 37 based on the opinion and feedback from administrators and teachers classified by working of experiences the overall result had presented the statistical significance at 0.05 level in terms of high level of understanding and the ability to import various factor inputs to determine strategies.
