Abstract:
The objective of this research is to examine the satisfaction level onUbonratchathanee municipality service and the comparative of mean difference, separated by personal factors. The researcher developed 26 items from analysis and synthesis of literature and tested reliability and validity before collected 398 respondent of the people who situated in Ubonratchathanee province. The statistical analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test, F-test. The results show that the mean of satisfaction on Ubonratchathanee municipality service, is high level. Besides, the results also show the people satisfaction on Ubonratchathanee municipality service is high level in terms of service process and staffs service. Service channel and facilitation contributed moderately and statistical significant difference at .05, separated by education, career and income per month.
