Satisfaction of service users on the process of applying for a building construction permit of the urban planning protection plan: a case study of the use of building construction permit service in champasak province lao people's democratic republic
Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the level of customer satisfaction with the process of applying for a building permit in Champasak Province Lao People's Democratic Republic and compared differences of averages classified by personal factors. The researcher developed a questionnaire of twenty two (22) questions from the results of the literature review to determine the validity and reliability before storing data from three hundred thirty six (336) people living in Champasak Province. The results were analyzed using statistical analysis percentage of frequencies, mean, standard deviation and t-test and F-test. The research found that the satisfaction of the users of the building construction permit application process was at a high level, statistically significant at the level of .05, in both the overall and the four variables namely age, education level, occupation and income. The findings might be useful as the guideline for policy making and planning for providing services to people such as defining clear service procedures and the development of the qualifications of government officials acting as service providers to the public.
