Abstract:
The objectives of this research are to explore current situation of online selling of entrepreneurs in walking street and to study application development guideline of online walking street market for entrepreneurs in Mueang Ubon Ratchani Walking Street. The research instrument is the questionnaire surveys. The samples of entrepreneurs are 300 participants in this research. The Statistics used to analyze data include percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research showed that 1) the most entrepreneurs who participate in the surveys sell clothing and apparel. They do not have shops other than shop in the walking street and do not sell products online, but the majority of entrepreneurs who sell products online mainly use Facebook as distribution channels. 2) application development guideline of online walking street market for entrepreneurs in Mueang Ubon Ratchani Walking Street, the results are as follows: the shops can announce promotion in advance before the operating time of the walking street market, the application has a system for booking products or ordering products online, and there is a map of the shops and other facilities. The most entrepreneurs have a high demand to develop applications for the online walking street market because of the application development will help reach a comprehensive and targeted customer group and help increase sales of entrepreneurs.
