This research aimed to 1) study the level of organizational commitment of educational personnel in Phetjinda school group under thejurisdiction ofNakhonPathom Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) compare the organizational commitment of the educational personnel, classified by the individual factors. The research instrument was a questionnaire.The data was collected from 108respondents who were educational personnel inPhetjinda school group and were analyzed for frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and least significant difference test.
The research findings revealed that:
1) Overall,the organizational commitment in Phetjinda school group was a high level. When considering each aspect, three aspects were at a high level. They were a strong belief in the organization , a willingness to exert considerable effort on behalf of organizational and a strong desire to maintain membership in the organization.
2) The comparison of organizational commitment according to the personal factors indicated that the respondents who differed in gender, age and work tenure had different organizational commitment at a .05 level of statistical significance. There were no difference in organizational commitment level of those who were different in educational level and work position.
