Abstract:
This research attempts to study team structure, communication pattern, adaptability to increase team efficiency of Dia Resibon (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The subjects in this study were 246 staff working in Dia Resibon (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Questionnaires were distributed to collect quantitative data whilst the statistics to analyze the data included percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis, and correlation coefficient. The findings reveal the relation between team structure and team efficiency of Dia Resibon (Thailand) Co., Ltd. that the team structure factors including having same goal, sharing role to increase teach efficiency at significant level of 0.05. The attitudes in overall were positive and the means were at the high level. For communication pattern factors, channel, message, recipients, message decoding, feedback increased the team efficiency at the significant level of 0.05. Attitudes about these factors in overall were positive and gained high-level means. For adaptability for team efficiency of staff in Dia Resibon (Thailand) Co., Ltd., all factors included ability to learn technology, ability to work with others, adaptability to organization culture contributed to increase team efficiency at significant level of 0.05.when the overall attitudes were positive and reached the highest level
