Abstract:
The research entitled The Appropriate Administrative Strategies of BelmexThai Co., Ltd. was to develop the current environment under SWOT Analysis and to determine the appropriate administrative strategy of BelmexThai Co., Ltd. by developing TOWS Matrix. The study was a qualitative research. The data were collected through focus group and in-depth interview. The research results were as follows: 1. There were four aspects of current environment: 1) to the strength, there were public relations channels reaching customers easily. The target group was satisfied with the store location. The company always looked for new suppliers. There were a lot of distribution channels, and creativities were encouraged. There was internal communication throughout the organization, and staff were specialized in product design. Customer Service centers were distributed. There were shops in the hospitals. There was the promotion and development of personnel. 2) To the weakness, responsibilities were not clearly shared. New products came out very late. The promotion was not continuous and slow. There was little welfare for employees and this caused turnover. There was the lack of specialized personnel. To work environment, it was too crowded. The shelves were not appropriate for the products. Online media were not continuous, and there was the lack of development of the work system. Customer data storage was poor. 3) To the opportunity, tax ceiling was low, and there was a variety of goods. The senior population was increasing, and most people turned to their health care. The exchange rates were not very high. Imports were complex, and rivals provided slow service. The interest rates were low, and there were joint ventures with partners. Finally, innovation was supported by the government. 4) To the threat, the number of the order was quite low. Manufacturers sold expensive products, but the competitors sold the products at the cheap price. There were market leaders in some products. Minimum wages were high. Although older people increased, they had low income. Customers had much bargaining power in prices. Goods connected to applications were popular. Technology changed very fast. In addition, there were production restrictions. 2. To appropriate administrative strategies management of the operation of BelmexThai Co., Ltd., the vision "stepping into the leadership of innovation for complete health care and providing fast and impressive the service should be determined ". The mission, goals, objectives, should be align with the vision. Value of the organization should be set as B: Beneficial, E: Extensive, L: Liberal, M: Ministration, E: Effervescent, X: Cross functional team. Corporate Growth Strategies and Business Strategy should be set to focus on cost leadership and differentiation. And these should be generally announced
