Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the dministrative skills of the school administrators under Buri ram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 according to the Concept of Katz in terms of technical skill, human relationship skill, and conceptual skill. The sample included 108 teachers under Buri ram Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .987. The statistics used for analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (independent) The research results were as follows:1)Overall, The teachers in the network of Ban Krued 1 educational quality development viewed that the three aspects of managerial skills were at a high level. In order of high level to low level, The results were as fallows: technical skill ( =3.79) conceptual skill ( =3.73) and human relationship skill ( =3.59) respectively. 2)The teachers in the network of Ban Krued 1 educational quality development, with different work experience, viewed that the administrative skills of the school administrators, in both overall ant each aspects, indicated statistically significant difference at the level of .05.
